Note: From October 2005 the NBA became part of the National Health
Service Blood and Transplant (NHSBT). In light of this, the NBA publication
scheme will be reviewed in the near future.
Welcome to the National Blood Authority’s Publication Scheme. The
National Blood Authority – A Special Health Authority of the NHS
– runs the National Blood Service (NBS) and is responsible for the
collection and distribution of blood components and products and related
services.
