Donating blood is simple

The blood donation process is much quicker and easier than you think. You just need to follow these five simple steps:


Step 2

Pop down to your local session at a convenient time of day. When you get there, you'll be asked to read a number of leaflets and fill in a donor health check form. If you are a new donor, you will also have a confidential discussion with the nurse. All answers are treated in the strictest confidence. Please remember to have something to eat and drink before you give blood.
